CSR Engineering had an opportunity to work on this continued development of this multi-phased residential project in Pleasant View, TN (Cheatham County). The professional services provided by CSR under this Agreement are limited to the General Scope of Work.

General Scope of Work

• Receive and use current site boundary and topographic survey of proposed development tracts of land (previously provided by developer in CAD format)
• Conduct and include design for the capture of updated topographic survey information in the vicinity of the townhomes due to area mass grading operations
• Use previous site layout plan as from preliminary efforts as basis of final design
• Site grading plan (grading, profiles, any retaining wall designs and details)
• Storm drainage plans
• Utilities plan for coordination (domestic water & fire protection, sanitary sewer, storm, gas and associated easements)
• Site improvement details (as required by local government)
• Street improvements, profiles, cross sections, curb cuts
• Landscape Plan & Details (as required by local Authorities to obtain approvals)
• All local regulatory submittals to allow developer to obtain the permits necessary to perform all civil/site construction work, including town site development plan workshops, review meetings, public hearings, etc., if applicable
• Provide approved SWPPP plan, manual, and related documents for the TNCGP
• Provide town planning and related coordination and/or permits
• Limited construction assistance services (hourly basis) including construction staking, materials testing, density testing, response to developer’s RFI’s and field questions
• Provide engineering layout (CAD format) information back to developer’s surveyor for platted lot coordination (Final Plat)
